They offer payment by Credit Card, organise bed linen etc, key collection service and end of stay clean as part of their rates. We do not rent directly as without the agency there is no control and the application of minimum standards. We also operate a strictly No Smoking policy, that the agency helps to maintain.
Rates are regulated, depending on minimum standards - Betelgeuse K2 is classified as a Studio - Comfort. Prices are around 280Euro per week for the summer months and up to 850Euro per week for the peak times (school holidays) during the ski season.
