Flaine (www.flaine.com) is the main resort in the Grand Massif ski area

 (www.grand-massif.com) and is the highest station in the network (see piste map)

Flaine itself is on a series of levels, the main and central level being Flaine Forum at 1600m. Free funicular lifts connect Flaine Foret @ 1700m with Flaine Forum.

The apartment is situated in the heart of the village directly opposite the coach drop off point and within 50 metres of the tourist office, it is a residence popular with locals, seasonal workers and the rental companies due to the space and location of the apartments.

Originally built in the late 60's, Betelgeuse / Hotel de Flaine was the first building to be constructed - all other apartments constructed since have followed this contemporary Bauhaus design.
